Boltaron® 9815E Pearlescent is an FAR 25.853(a) and FAR 25.853(d) compliant material extruded with a pearlescent pigment, resulting an an iridescent surface effect. The pearl effect is integral throughout the sheet so it maintains its appearance over
a long period of use.


Available in a full range of pearlescent colors, from natural hues to synthetic tones, and in a wide range of texture options ideal for forming stylish aircraft interior components. Boltaron’s unique custom production capabilities include the ability to manufacture cost-effective materials with low minimums and fast turnaround.


In thermoformed parts, Boltaron® 9815E Pearlescent maintains wall thickness integrity even in deep draws and sharp corners. The consistently uniform quality of the extruded sheet also ensures optimum appearance in flat surfaces and complex formed parts.


The Boltaron® 9000 Series impact resistant FAR 25.853(d) rated product family includes 9815E extruded sheet, 9815M in metallic finishes, 9815D with unlimited decorative patterns, 9815P in the widest range of textures, and 9815F film and thin-gauge sheet
for two- and three-dimensional laminating, and Boltaron® 9850 with a 55/55 rate of heat release.
