Damage Resistant Sheet for Flat & 3D Lamination

Greater impact resistance than high pressure laminates, melamine and thermofoils. Membrane pressing can eliminate unsightly seams and delamination problems.

Wood core substrates that are membrane pressed or flat laminated with Boltaron® 4065MP sheet look new even after years of impacts, abrasion, harsh cleansers and the general abuse of commercial and institutional environments.

With its exceptionally high Izod impact strength of 18 ft-lb/in. (953 J/m), cabinetry and other parts flat laminated with Boltaron 4065MP can eliminate the cracking and chipping associated with high-pressure laminates and melamine, while parts membrane pressed with Boltaron sheet can eliminate unsightly seams and delamination problems associated with flat-laminated materials.

On aesthetics, the material thermoforms consistently and has highly uniform surface quality and color. Boltaron's unique production capabilities in custom textures and colors expand design options and also ensure that brackets, housings, racks and other parts made from the material can match laminated components in both appearance and fire ratings.

This versatile sheet can be thermoformed, brake formed, machined, adhesive bonded, miter-folded, heat welded and mechanically fastened without cracking. As an economical benefit over competitive materials, Boltaron 4065MP is offered in cost-effective gauges as thin as 0.018 in. (0.457 mm).
